General Rules
1.1 This page covers every bonus, free spin, Promotion and Sydney Rewards benefit on Sydney Casino. Our Account Terms also apply.
1.2 Taking a bonus is your choice. You may always play with your own cash balance and skip any offer.
1.3 Every offer lists its key figures: minimum deposit, eligible games, wagering (if any) and expiry. Read them before you claim.
1.4 Money you deposit is always yours. You can withdraw your cash balance whenever you wish. If you withdraw while a deposit bonus is still being wagered, the bonus is removed.
One Bonus at a Time
2.1 You can hold one bonus at a time. Finish, use up or cancel your current bonus before you claim the next one.
2.2 Free spins from the welcome offer count as your bonus until they are used or expire.
Maximum Conversion
3.1 The welcome free spins pay their winnings in cash, so there is no bonus balance to convert.
3.2 If another offer caps the amount of bonus funds that can convert to cash, that cap is stated in the offer's terms. Anything over the cap is removed once wagering is complete.
Opting In
4.1 To get a bonus, opt in through the Promotions area or the deposit screen before you make the qualifying deposit.
4.2 A bonus cannot be added later if you did not opt in. Any offer may be declined, and you can keep playing with cash only.
Welcome Offer
5.1 300 Free Spins on a C$10 First Deposit.
5.2 Make your opening deposit, C$10 at minimum, and 300 free spins on a featured slot are added to your account. There is no wagering on these spins, and any winnings are paid as cash. You have 24 hours from crediting to use them before they lapse.

Bonus Abuse
6.1 Bonus abuse includes:
- opening extra accounts so the same offer can be claimed more than once
- colluding with other players to move or share bonus value across accounts
- placing low risk bets to complete wagering requirements
- placing bets above the maximum stake
- using someone else's payment method or identity
6.2 Where abuse is found, we may remove both the bonus and its associated winnings, and bar you from future Promotions. Serious cases can lead to account suspension under our Account Terms.
Maximum Bet
7.1 While a deposit bonus is being wagered, each round may not exceed 10% of the bonus amount.
7.2 Welcome free spins play at a fixed stake that we set, so you do not choose the bet.
7.3 Rounds above the maximum bet may be voided along with their winnings.
Who Can Take Part
8.1 Offers are for verified players only: you need to have turned 19, be in Canada in person and play from a location that permits it under local law.
8.2 In Ontario, incentives are not advertised publicly. Offers are visible only to players who are registered and logged in. In Alberta, bonuses are not publicly advertised.
8.3 Offers are unavailable while self-exclusion is in place, and the same applies during cooling-off. You can claim them again once it ends.
Wagering and Game Types
9.1 Welcome free spin winnings have no wagering. They go straight to your cash balance.
9.2 Deposit bonuses carry wagering of 30x the bonus amount, completed within 30 days.
9.3 Only slots on the eligible list shown with the deposit bonus count toward wagering. Other slots, Live Casino, table games and Jackpots do not count.
9.4 The bonus section of your account shows how far you have progressed.
Expiry
10.1 The welcome free spins remain valid for 24 hours from crediting. Any spins not used in that time are removed.
10.2 A deposit bonus that is not wagered within 30 days expires. Any bonus balance is then removed.
Changes
11.1 We may update or remove Promotions for claims made in future. Any bonus you have joined keeps the conditions that applied at opt-in, except where a legal requirement or the need to prevent abuse calls for a change.
