Account Terms
Acceptance
1.1 These Account Terms form the agreement between Sydney Casino and you. By registering an account, depositing funds or placing any wager with us, you accept them as binding.
1.2 These terms work together with our Bonus Terms, Privacy Notice, About Cookies, Safer Play, Identity Checks and 19+ Policy pages, so please read them as one set. Anyone who rejects any section of these terms must not register an account or bet with us.
1.3 In these terms, we, us and our mean Sydney Casino, and you means the registered account holder.
Changes
2.1 We may update these terms when our games, payment options or Canadian rules change, or when new features are added to the lobby.
2.2 For material changes, we email you before they take effect. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
2.3 Once an amendment takes effect, playing on means you agree to the new version. If a change does not suit you, stop playing and write to us to have your account closed. Any balance available for withdrawal will be paid to you.
Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 All accounts are held in Canadian dollars (CAD). Balances, stakes and payouts all appear in CAD.
3.2 You can deposit with Interac e-Transfer, Mastercard, Instadebit, Paysafecard, MuchBetter or Payz (ecoPayz). The minimum deposit is C$10.
3.3 You can withdraw with Interac e-Transfer, Instadebit, MuchBetter or Bank Wire / Transfer. The minimum withdrawal is C$20.
3.4 We state that there are no limits on withdrawals.
3.5 Withdrawal times: most payment methods take between one and four hours. Bank wire payouts may run to 12 hours.
3.6 Sydney Casino charges nothing on deposits or withdrawals. Separate charges may be applied by your bank or e-wallet provider, and we cannot control these.
3.7 Identity (KYC) and geolocation checks are carried out before your first deposit. Our Identity Checks page explains them in more detail.
3.8 Only use payment accounts in your own name. Where the method supports it, withdrawals are returned to the same method used for the deposit. Deposits made by Mastercard and Paysafecard are paid out via one of the withdrawal methods listed in clause 3.3.
3.9 We are not a bank, and no interest is earned on your account balance. A withdrawal may be held back while we carry out checks required under Canadian anti money laundering rules.
Governing Law
4.1 These terms fall under Canadian law and under the law of your province of play.
4.2 We accept players only where their local law allows it. Our age checks, identity verification and anti-money laundering measures follow Canadian rules.
Prohibited Conduct
5.1 The following are not allowed on Sydney Casino:
- running bots, scripts or other automated software to make plays on your behalf
- cooperating with other players or sharing information with one another during live games
- having two or more accounts, or playing through someone else's account
- using payment methods owned by another person
- using a VPN, proxy or comparable tool to hide your location
- taking advantage of a software fault rather than reporting it to us
- money laundering or using stolen funds
- sending abusive or threatening messages to our team
5.2 If we find prohibited conduct, bets connected to it can be cancelled and any related winnings withheld. We may also suspend or shut the account and, where Canadian law requires, notify the authorities.
Eligibility
6.1 All players need to have turned 19, be physically present in Canada and play from an area where online gambling is legal.
6.2 Before your first deposit can go through, we must check your age, verify your identity and confirm the location you play from. Accounts held by anyone below 19 are shut down and treated under our 19+ Policy.
6.3 While a self-exclusion is in place, you cannot open a new account with us. See our Safer Play page for details on limits, cooling-off and self-exclusion.
Bonuses
7.1 Our Bonus Terms page governs promotions, free spins and Sydney Rewards. If the two pages conflict on a bonus matter, the Bonus Terms take priority.
Game Rules
8.1 Every outcome in Slots, digital table games and Jackpots is determined by an RNG. This random number generator fixes each round's result at the moment you play.
8.2 Our Live Casino tables feature real dealers and are streamed from dedicated studios. The cards, wheel or dice in play decide each result, and the studio logs it.
8.3 Each game has an information screen listing its rules, paylines and payout tables. Please check them before playing.
8.4 A malfunction voids every play and every payout. If a game, stream or server fails, we cancel the affected round and return your stake to your balance. Rounds that finished before the fault keep their results.
Your Account
9.1 One account per person. Any extra accounts we find are closed. Bets and bonuses on them may be voided.
9.2 At registration, give your true name, date of birth, address and contact details, and update them when they change.
9.3 Keep your password to yourself. We treat everything done on your account as your own activity unless you informed us in advance that your login had been compromised.
Complaints
10.1 Complaints should be emailed to [email protected]. Give us your username and the payment or game involved, say on what day and at what precise time the problem arose, and tell us the outcome you are seeking.
10.2 We look at the account records, game logs and studio data, then email you our decision with the reasons behind it.
Intellectual Property
11.1 We own the Sydney Casino name, logo, website design and written content, while game suppliers own their games. None of this material may be copied, reproduced or reused unless we have given written permission.
Our Liability
12.1 We are responsible for losses caused by our own breach of these terms, to the extent Canadian law requires.
12.2 Losses caused by your internet connection or device, by events outside our control, or indirect losses such as lost opportunity are not our responsibility. Where a payout is made by mistake, we may correct your balance.
